Helping Women Restore, Rebuild, and Rise

Grace Collective serves women survivors of deep poverty and exploitation in the Tri-Cities region of Washington. We exist to offer hope, healing, and opportunity for lasting change by creating a safe, grace-filled community where women are seen, known, heard, and deeply valued.

Through holistic care and paid sanctuary employment, women receive the support, income, skills, and confidence needed to restore what trauma has broken, rebuild stability, and rise toward full-time, living-wage employment. We believe lasting freedom requires more than rescue. It requires safety, income, opportunity, advocacy, job training, and a pathway toward a sustainable future.

A Pathway to Stability and Freedom

Deep poverty and exploitation do not end simply because a woman escapes a difficult or dangerous situation. Without steady income, safe community, healing support, and practical life skills, many women remain vulnerable to the same cycles of harm.

Grace Collective provides a different path. Women in our program earn income while developing job skills, life skills, communication, teamwork, financial literacy, healthy boundaries, professional responsibility, and confidence. Along the way, they are supported through real-life barriers such as housing, transportation, legal needs, behavioral health, parenting, family reunification, documentation, addiction recovery, and job readiness.

As women rebuild stability, many are able to move toward safe housing, reliable transportation, restored family relationships, reunification with children, lifelong sobriety, and meaningful employment.

A Proven Model for Lasting Change

Grace Collective’s model is built on the belief that economic vulnerability demands an economic response. Through paid sanctuary employment, women are not asked to stabilize before they work. Instead, meaningful work becomes part of the path to stability, dignity, and freedom.

With a 99% retention rate, Grace Collective has helped women transition into sustainable, full-time employment and secure futures for themselves and their children. Our graduates are gaining financial stability, renewed self-worth, stronger relationships, reliable transportation, safe housing, and the confidence to keep moving forward.

These women are not defined by what they have survived. They are restoring their voices, rebuilding their lives, and rising with purpose.

Holistic Care and Life Skills Support

Throughout the program, Grace Collective supports the whole woman: body, mind, spirit, relationships, recovery, family, voice, and future. This trauma-informed, survivor-led model helps women engage at their own pace while receiving practical care, encouragement, and advocacy.
